National Multiple Sclerosis Society

National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Bozeman Deaconess sponsors the Walk to Cure MS. For too long, 400,000 Americans and their families have suffered the devastating effects of MS. But with 200,000 participants raising nearly $50 million at the 2005 MS Walk, we collectively brought the world one giant step closer to a cure. More than just a fundraising event, though, the MS Walk is a celebration for an entire community. The donations that pour in fund countless programs and services and research, but the event itself creates a hope-filled and fun atmosphere for everyone affected by MS while generating a greater awareness of multiple sclerosis in the public at large. Families are drawn closer together, co-workers are united for a greater good, and people gain a better understanding of what MS is and how close we are coming to eradicating it.

Community Health Partners

214 E. Mendenhall Street
Bozeman, MT 59715
Community Health Partners

Community Health Partners offers a sliding fee scale that is based on your income - the less you make, the less you pay. The Clinic also accepts Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurance plans as well. Bozeman Deaconess provides financial support to the Community Health Partners, which provides much of the care to the indigent population in our community. For those patients, Bozeman Deaconess accepts the referral from CHP and follows their financial qualification guidelines when those patients require care at the hospital. This process results in streamlined access for GCC patients, as they do not have to 're-qualify' for assistance with the hospital.
