ActNOW! Information Sheet
ActNOW! is a comprehensive 16 week program offering weekly lifestyle classes and a follow-up program to help you maintain your success. The follow-up program meets once a month for 6 months. The program is based on the National Diabetes Prevention Program Protocol to help prevent diabetes.

Comprehensive Diabetes Management
Bozeman Deaconess Diabetes Center offers comprehensive care and support to help individuals of all ages, including pediatric patients, manage diabetes.
